ACCET TIMES  THIRAN KICK OFF – 2019 : On August 26, our college OGC’s have organised THIRAN KICK OFF - 2k19 which is the first spark for young buds. Function was started at 4.45p.m. in Murugapa hall with the presence of wonderful alumni and first year students with all the OGC members. Welcome address was given by SP.Vaishnavi,final year ECE OGC. Mr.Malayalmoorthy sir has given his presidential address. Wonderful speech was delivered from Mr. Janakiraman Annam sir, Mr.Balaji sheshadri & Prof. Sivanandha Raja  induce the importance of THIRAN for first year students and valuable speech from Senthil Anantha Prakash sir. Career oriented speech was given by evergreen energetic person  Prof.Ravikumar sir (Rtd). Votes of thanks was given by Bremi, final year CSE OGC. ACCET TIMES SERIES TEST Though there are many opportunities to show their talents in extracurricular activities, the only way for the students to prove their curricular talents is the exam. Our students have completed their first internal assessment exams this week(19.08.2019 to 20.08.2019). PLACEMENT NEWS The ACCET news team is very happy to share to you all about the placement status of our campus. Our college is getting back its glow and our students are rocking back in placements.For the first time Accenture visited our campus for recruitment.Totally 134 students appeared for placement. They have undergone with 3 rounds, 1. Communication Assessment All the students attended this round and qualified . 2. Aptitude round 19 members got qualified in this round 3. THE ACCET TIMES ONE STUDENT, ONE TREE  The union human resource and development (HRD) minister, Ramesh Pokhriyal Nishank has launched a campaign namely ‘one student, one tree’ on July 20, 2019. In order to line with this vision for preserving environment our college National service scheme as well as youth red cross jointly organized a  ‘Mega Tree Plantation Programme’  on August 14, 2019, in open auditorium. More than 600 student volunteers of NSS and YRC  had participated in this mega tree plantation program. Our college vice principal Dr.R. Malayalamurthy facilitate the gathering, NSS program officers prof. Loganathan,  Mrs.Pauline  and Mrs. Geetha provided the tree saplings to the students and instructed to maintain the saplings with care.
