His statement on the Channel’s vision is “to create Audio books in Tamil.   Wavell Plan and Shimla Conference -1945: The Wavell plan was presented at the Shimla Conference in 1945. It was named after Viceroy of India, Lord Wavell. This plan proposed that the Viceroy’s executive Council was to have all Indian members except the Viceroy and the Commander in chief. All portfolios except defence would be held by Indian Members. Both the plan and conference failed as the Muslim league and Indian National Congress not coming to an agreement. Meanwhile a general election had been held in UK which had brought the labour Party to power. This government was intent in giving independence to India and sent the Cabinet Mission to India.
