MUTHAMIZH MANDRAM EVENT The muthamizh mandram of our college is conducting an online quiz event, KELVI NERAM, through Instagram. Every evening three questions are being posted and winners are selected based on their consistent participation. Last week’s winners have been announced and this week’s event began on the 24th of January. Students from all the departments are participating actively. R EPUBLIC DAY CELEBRATION On the 73 rd  Republic day, the tricolor Indian flag was unfurled by our college principal Dr.P.K.Palani , in our college . The event was successful amidst the pandemic, by the tireless effort of the NCC team.  The presence of all the department HODs and staff made the event a wonderful one. ONLINE SEMESTER EXAM The government has announced online semester exams for all colleges and universities, from 1 st February to 20 th February, due to the pandemic. Online exams will be conducted for students of all years, except for the final year students and offline exams will be conducted for the final years with proper safety measures. ROTARACT EVENT The Rotaract club of our college had conducted an online event for Drawing and Poster making named 'The Exartic' from 10 th January to 14 th January. The event was conducted on the topic Energy conservation and many students had participated with great interest. The results are to be announced soon. COLLEGE CLOSING   T he Government has announced holiday for colleges from January 6 th to 20 th due to the spread of Omicron. Our college was closed for all the years and all the students had vacated the hostels. MODEL EXAMINATION    Model examinations for the 2 nd years was conducted from 3/01/2022 to 6/01/2022.All the students had studied hard and had completed their exam in full breathe. PRACTICAL EXAMINATION   Practical examinations for the 2 nd years have been conducted from 28/12/2021 to 30/12/2021.They finished their exams in an enthusiastic manner. CURRENT AFFAIRS MULTI – AGENCY CENTER:  The Multi Agency Centre (MAC) has been formed to share intelligence inputs. MAC was formed after the Kargil war. The Intelligence Bureau was the nodal agency in creating the centre. More than 28 national and state organizations are part of MAC.
