  APTITUDE TEST The aptitude tests for third-year students were conducted on March 20 for Mechanical Engineering, March 21 for Electrical and Electronics Engineering (EEE), and March 22 for the Computer Science and Engineering (CSE) and Electronics and Communication Engineering (ECE) departments respectively. Students from each department actively participated in the tests, aiming to enhance their skills for the upcoming mock drive organized by the placement cell.   WOMEN’S BASKETBALL: As the intra college sports day 2024, ACMARA rivalry is taking place, as part of it, Women’s basketball match was conducted on 11 th  of march. The Ignatz and Phoenix entered the finals after the former defeated the Akkadians and the latter the Typhonz. After a tough match, Ignatz hailed as winners defeating the Phoenix thanks to the teamwork and amazing gameplay by the Ignatz. Congratulations to all the players. WOMEN’S VOLLEYBALL MATCH: “Even if we’re not confident that we’ll win, even if others tell us we don’t stand a chance, we must never tell ourselves that!” – Daichi Sawamura, Haikyuu The women’s volleyball matches were held on 12 th March,2024. The matches were held between the 1 st and 4 th year students and 2 nd and 3 rd year students, from which the 3 rd and 4 th year team had advanced to the finals. SEMESTER EXAMS The third and final-year students at our college have finished their semester, and they've just completed a month-long set of exams. These students worked hard and prepared well for their exams.  As they look forward to the results, these students can be proud of the effort they put into their studies, setting the stage for future academic achievements. The exams for Mechanical and EEE had postponed for a week since some of the students of those department had been participating in the SMART INDIA HACKATHON. The semester exams ended on January 12 and soon after couple of days the classes for the semester has been started. BLOOD DONATION CAMP Our NSS team organized a blood donation camp in Murugappa Hall on November 21, 2023, in collaboration with NCC, YRC, LEO, and XPREZ of ACGCET.
