BASKETBALL

         The basketball team bagged the gold in zonals.our ACCET team breached the semi finals against the KLN college of engineering. Even though the temperature sparsed the barren land,the players knocked the KLN college of engineering. Aftermath the final match were braced by the ACCETIANS against TCE.The torrential rain roped in hassle task for the players.The fervor were deployed for onlookers. Eventually, the versatile ACCETIANS lashed the TCE and flashed with gold.

BALL BADMINTON

         Our ACCETIANS were once again  proved themselves by placing BRONZE in ball badminton ZONALS held in SACS engineering college at Madurai on 01/09/2017 . They showed their strength in tremendrous way and finally they taste the honey of the flower.This triumph shows thatIf ACCETIANS place their legs in any field they will definitely leave their footprints on success by their own style..

CRICKET

                            

         The Cricket team of ACCET grabbed their silver this year. This zonal was glorious one that our players had beaten the past records in T20 scoring 191 for 5 in semi final .The team gave their level best under the captainship of Rambabu. The Thiyarajar college of  engineering team got their gold after having a good battle with our boys. Though our team became runners, their minds are still blazing to secure a gold. Hope they secure gold in near future.

HOCKEY

       The hockey zonal tournament tool place at the PSY engineering college, Sivagangai ,where our ACCETian players came out with flying colors, securing third place in the zonal tournament , bringing a tough fight to other college players.

RYLA 

           Not only in studies, our college students are also much interested in participating extracurricular activities. In evident  to that, ten members from our college participated in SELVA RYLA conducted by Rotary club of sivakasi  town held at kodaikanal. There are totally fifty six members from all over Tamilnadu actively participated in RYLA. The RYLA program went for four days, the first day of the session started with introduction program in which Mr.SELVA MD of kaliswari firework motivated the youths, and welcomed them with small gifts. And the rest three days were went with classes like Entrepreneurship classes and Make it positive classes to train the youths, and also the youths who attended the RYLA were involved in trekking and boating activities. Let's inspire the students to participate in several extracurricular activities to increase their skills.

FRESHER'S EVENT

              In the splendid evening on 5.9.17,the third event of fresher's association took place.with the congregative presence of new buds of ACCET,the event named MEME GENRE took place.with delectation and felicity,the teams partake in the event and reflecting the stance of versatile personalities.The gallery hall was inundated with freshers.The applaudable one's got their perks for figuring out the tricks.

By this quotes it indicates that event is based on Mime .Event name explains that will be an " blending of two words".Not only it tells about Mime but also includes that extempore .The event held at Gallery Hall.The apps will be based on detective apps at the end of event.The event description is based on Mime in which song will be given .within 30 sec the moral of the movie will be explained in with their team mates which shows their extempore.

NBA VISIT

          The National Bureau of Accreditation has decided to have a skim over our college provinces as a part of their accreditation process. The inspection will take place on 8th, 9th and 10th of September. The committee will be having a scrutinizing peek at the classes and labs of all dept,  and will indulge in talks with the students.
