Why Banana is curved?
Bananas go through a process that's scientifically called "negative geotropism. As bananas grow, they become too heavy for the plant, and start sinking towards the ground. So the curve in the banana is due to the fruit's purposeful pursuit of the rays of the sun. Yes, the banana is actually curling up against its own weight.

Why swatting a fly is hard?
The tiny brain of a fly calculates the location of the nearing threat, comes up with a plan to escape, and places its legs in an optimal position to hop out of the way in the opposite direction. It just happens in 100 millisecond after spotting the action.
Micheal Dickinson,a professor of Bioengineering  says that,
"This illustrates how rapidly the fly's brain can process sensory information into an appropriate motor response,"

ANSWER FOR THE LAST WEEK QUESTIONS

1)ANSWER: Option(A) 2:3
Solution:
60x+50y = 54 (x+y)
6x = 4y
x/y = 2/3

2)ANSWER: Option(D) 150 km
Solution:
Let the distance between A and B be x km.
Time taken by train P = x/100
Time taken by train Q = x/120
(x/100) = (x/120) + (1/4)
X = 150 km

3)ANSWER: Option(C) 44 miles/hr
Solution:
Let the speed of the faster train be x miles/hr and the distance travelled by it when it meets the slower train be y miles.
Time taken by the faster train to cover y miles = Time taken by the shower train to cover(287-y)miles
= 3.5 hours
(y/x) = (287-y)/(x/6) = 3.5
Solving the above equation, x = 44 miles/hr

4)ANSWER: Option(A) 4
Solution:
Let the Age of the Parents be x and x+6.
Let the Age of the siblings be y and y+4.
(x+6)-y = 33
(x+x+6+y+y+4)/4 = 20
Solving the two equations, y = 4

5)ANSWER: Option(A) 50 m
Solution:
Q takes 20 seconds more than P to run 500 m
Distance covered by Q in 3 minutes 20 seconds (200 seconds) = 500 m
Distance covered by Q in 20 seconds
= (500/200)*20
= 50 m
If Q skips 50 m, the race can be finished in 3 minutes(same as P).
Hence, for the race to end in dead heat, P should give Q, a start of 50 m.
