ACCET NEWS

 

Finally we're entering into 2021. A decade is over. Especially 2020 came to a halt. It's been a great year. Yes! actually it was great. Though we have experienced pandemic, natural calamities and so on. We're strong and survived this together and found lot of alternatives. We have opted to online classes, online semesters and enjoyed online club events. These are new but it gave a good experience for us. Hope this 2021 gives a Ray of hope and a brighter tomorrow!

Placement News:

Admindroid

Admindroid company conducted Coding round on 15th of December. In the coding round 7 students were selected for next round. Interview was held in Chennai on December 17.

Vallarasu K from CSE department is selected for internship.

Shanmugapriya R B, Nithish Kumar P and Vignesh T from CSE department are selected for the role of Software Engineer. Anushya R from ECE department is selected as content writer. Sarath Kumar from Mechanical department is selected as support engineer.

Kaar Technologies

After online test, 8 Students selected for next round. Group discussion and technical discussion was held on Dec 17 and final discussion on Dec 18 respectively. Final Interview was also over.

Data Aces company

11 Students selected for final interview. Interview was held on December 16 and 17.

Six were selected for the final interview.

In the final interview, Swetha M and Vennila T from CSE department are selected for the role of DEVOPS Developer.

Fourbends

Telephonic interview was held on December 8 and final interview which was face to face was held on December 16. Sonia V from CSE department is selected for the role of Designer.

Accenture(Off campus)

Around 160 students attended Accenture off campus placement. Online test and coding rounds were held on 23^rd and 24^th of December. In this round 21 got selected. Communication Test was held on 26^th and 27^th of December.

 

Freshers Club event:

Our College's Freshers Club hosted a number of events on December 13, 2020 titled "FUNDEMIC". First year students enthusiastically participated in these events. Multiple events such as Connections, Picture difference, Tongue Twisters and Find the Personality were held. Skills like logical thinking, time management and language skills of the students were improved.

Muthamizh Mandram Event:

Our college’s Muththamizh Mandram conducted an online event named ‘Oru Kutti Kathai’. More than 100 students of our college actively participated as teams in the event. The event was to frame a story from the pictures shown. Best performances were awarded with prizes.
