CAMPUS TOUR

they precede new beginnings”
Our freshers club of accet
conducted an event on 14th November 2022 of campus tour for our first-year
students. To make them feel ease for the college environment and our
surroundings the coordinators of fresher’s club worked solemnly and spent
their day with juniors. The first-year students have also found celebrating and
welcoming their new phase of life. Our college staffs and students are awaiting
and hoping their success through their journey of campus life.
TENNIS –
BADMINTON ZONALS
Anna University tennis zonal was
held in our college on 11th November 2022. Our college students showcased
their talents and won 3rd place in the competition. Adding more sweetness to
the good news, our college team has also won 4th place in the Anna university
badminton zonal which was held at Thiyagaraja college of engineering, Madurai.
Congratulations to all the players and the people who encouraged them to do so.
NSS EVENTS
The NSS coordinators of our
college decided to conduct fun events for the second-year volunteers. They
conducted different fun events for various departments from 14th to 17th of
November,2022. Their main motive was to make our students get rid of the stage
fear and develop their speaking skills. The NSS students participated with lots
of enthusiasm.
ICGAR CONFERENCE
“Knowledge is the eye of desire
and can become the pilot of the soul” The International conference on Sir C.V.
Raman was held on 5th and 6th November, in which,
Arunkumar. A, a III-year EEE student, took part. He also had the opportunity to
visit ICGAR – KALPAKKAM, Madras Atomic Power Station in relevance to the
conference.

As a key part of fourth industrial
revolution, Automation isn’t about eliminating physical labor; it’s about
enhancing the work done. Using artificial intelligence (AI) and machine
learning, engineers are now able to automate the decision-making processes that
power manufacturing systems. The interdisciplinary nature of digitalization and
the increasingly complex capabilities of CAD/CAM mean that mechanical engineers
must be able to manage basic coding and scripting, traditionally the domain of
software engineers. This skill also helps with 3D printing. It isn’t necessary
to be expertise in every programming language. Working knowledge of Python and C/C++
will yield an increased ability to contribute to AI, Machine Learning (ML) and
visualization projects.
