Guys!!!do you all know the hit of the year 2k13!!! Its none other than the birth of ADC...surprised??its Accet Developers Consortium..it reveals the meaning..yes!! It started its journey in cse dept by Mr.Guru and Mr.Prakash of batch 2k13 and Mr.Krishnakumar(Best outgoing student of year 2k14),Mr. Praveen Vignesh,Mr.Kishok Kumar, Mr. Sosipat Stephen Abraham in the even semester of 2k13..The members of this club are final third and second year students of cse dept.This club holds nearly a team of 40 students..it had its own pride by getting the great support of HOD(Dr.Ganesan) of this department..nearly 9 projects have been finished by them successfully..at present they are doing projects for Controller Of Examination..With the guidance of final year students, third and second year students have finished their projects successfully.Each project has its own team with a final and third year student and two students from second year ..at present there are 9 teams.They do their project in visual basic language..they are in the progress of creating softwares . At the end of the semester the teams will have two project reviews under HOD and they will submit the project to COE...This is an example that "ACCETIANS ARE GOOD NOT ONLY IN SMART WORK BUT ALSO IN HARDWORK" Its expected that in coming years the members of this club will do amazing things.

BAJA Student India, is a student design competition which follows the standards of the international BAJA SAE competition held all over the world in various countries.
Focus of this competition is on safety, good engineering, practice, engineering design and education of the participating students.
Our college is an active participant in this event , Previous year our college secured 19th spot which was an great achievement as its was the first time and our college is the only government college from Tamilnadu which participated in this national event , but this time the competition is even bigger as this time it is Global(international event) and our college's "Asthra" racing team will create history in this global stage .

Hi guys,you know onething,in Alagappa arts college, we have a memorial temple for our great Alagappa chettiar.At the peak of his illustrious career, he was afflicted with an incurable skin ailment. He selected the site for his memorial when he knew his days were numbered. A temple marks the spot and scores of school children pay their affectionate respects to the visionary who with missionary zeal "transformed scrubland Karaikudi into an educational Mecca."It was opened by Dr.P.Kanniappan on 21st Jan,2005.
