1+1=5 that's Synergistic effect and thats what makes ACCET  special , unlike other college's our college doesn't have students who are filled with jealousy and ego and our college founder Dr Alagappa Chettiar him self was a great person and  may be his noble spirit is roaming around  our college , which is making every students soul pure , regardless to their background.Well I am surely having a dream_run in this college  but the one thing that hurts me is that I don't have a girl friend yet just kidding :-P . Well this college is a dream factory for those who want to enjoy each and every moment of their college life!!.. 
AcceTians live this dream , because  few year's from now you may be ruled by some one else and work for some one ,lest leaving out the entrepreneur's of ACCET .

'An outlook of upcoming year': Its not like astrologers murmuring .Future! Simply a view of wonderful year ahead with the grand opening of ''ACCETNEWS''. Hope it sounds good.  Lets go back some months.We  had came across many things in our college., starting from juniors entry,All departments  national level symposiums,semester& finally result!!   Apart form these, there are many  things that  happened,i mean
lectures,workshops,gate classes,even improvement of laboratories. Of course it will be of value for every ACCETIAN ,if told on TIME. Thus the birth of ACCET NEWS.!!!    Hope

COLOUR OF“KARAIKUDI”
What does Karaikudi mean??? Karaikudi got its name from a thorny plant ‘karai’ which is referred in ancient literature as ‘kareekudi’. This later changed to Karaikudi.
                                       
            we all might have gone to chettinad palace and might have seen chettinad houses and their construction.but we didn’t think about the reason for the smoothness and perfect finshing of its walls. You know what the reason is ‘Chettinad Plaster’. It is nothing but a combo of egg and lime. Can you believe this, egg not only for hair smoothening but also for wall smoothening!!!( Great architects of the world!?) We have all heard about Indian Overseas Bank and some of us have savings account in them. But how many of us know who founded it?! The founder is Mr.M.Ct.m.Chidambara Chettiar. He established it in Karaikudi ,Madras(Chennai) and Rangoon(Yangon)  at the same time(1937).
      How blessed we are all to study in this prestigious & many great peoples’ motherland!!!!!!!

  WOMEN’S BASKETBALL: As the intra college sports day 2024, ACMARA rivalry is taking place, as part of it, Women’s basketball match was conducted on 11 th  of march. The Ignatz and Phoenix entered the finals after the former defeated the Akkadians and the latter the Typhonz. After a tough match, Ignatz hailed as winners defeating the Phoenix thanks to the teamwork and amazing gameplay by the Ignatz. Congratulations to all the players. WOMEN’S VOLLEYBALL MATCH: “Even if we’re not confident that we’ll win, even if others tell us we don’t stand a chance, we must never tell ourselves that!” – Daichi Sawamura, Haikyuu The women’s volleyball matches were held on 12 th March,2024. The matches were held between the 1 st and 4 th year students and 2 nd and 3 rd year students, from which the 3 rd and 4 th year team had advanced to the finals.
