GRADUATION DAY

Graduation is an exciting time. Marked as both an ending and a beginning, with warm memories of the past and sweet dreams for the future, 19.03.2016(Saturday), gives a golden oppurtunity for the students of 2015 batch to give a re-entry  to the campus to receive their B.E / M.E / M.C.A. degree certificates at our beloved Murugappa hall. This entire graduation day ceremony is planned to be wedcasted world wide  through  www.mslive.com.

EIGHTY NINE BATCH SILVER JUBILEE HOSTEL

A new hostel building has been raised by our alumni through the ACCET89 TRUST in the girls hostel. On behalf of our college, the Hostel building will be ceremoniously received by our Principal, Prof. A. Mala on 12th of March at 10:30 am. K. Inbasagaran, IAS. (Retd), former Chief Secretary to Govt. of Tamilnadu will be the Chief guest and Dr. K. R. Viswanathan, Advisor (Technical Studies), P. S. R. Group of Engineering Colleges, Tamilnadu is the guest of honour. Everybody is warmly invited. 

EEE WORKSHOP
An oppurtunity at the door steps for the EEE students. Our college has planned to conduct a one-day workshop on the title Energy and power quality audit and management. It is designed to have four sessions. Dr.V. Saravanan, Asst Prof,EEE department, TCE and Dr.V.Suresh Kumar, Asst Prof,EEE department,TCE, are guiding this workshop. It isto be held in the virtual class room. ME and BE prefinal and final year students are qualified for this session. Interested students are requested to register their names to Mr.ML. Ramamoorthy AP/EEE on or before 8.3.16. It is limited, only for fourty students. Students are selected on first come first serve basis.

DING DONG!!

A new sound spreading in our college. Our beloved Accet clock is being renovated by our EEE students as their final year project. This project is in progress and it would be completed within this month.

MECHANICAL DEPARTMENT WORKSHOP

Department of Mechanical Engineering organized a one day workshop on Radiation Heat Transfer in Solar Devices on 05.03.2016 ( Saturday ) in the virtual hall. Dr.K. Srithar, Asst.Prof. Thyagarajar college of engineering, Madurai headed this workshop by enlightening the students' ideas over this domain.

The Indian Society ForTechnical Education presents SRINIVASA RAMANUJAN MATHEMATICAL COMPETITIONS 2015-16 for engineering and polytechnic college students and teachers from India.
