PLACEMENT FEVER
Breaking the ice, finally, S.Surya Prakash and M. S. Venkatasalapathi, got their intern in the SAINT GOBIN. Totally three members from Third year attended the second round which was held at Thiyagaraja Engineering College, Madurai. They first came across the Group tasking which focused on their problem solving skills and the final round was technical HR. Kudos to them!!!
THIRAN FINALE
Finally, the grand day is here!!! After so many days of hard work and sleepless nights here we have come to the Judgement day. Fingers crossed, the students are rummaging through their projects and trying to bring their ideas into reality. All the best to all the geniuses with their expo.
EEE ASSOCIATION
EEE Association organised an eye-opening session on basic microcontrollers for the Second year students. The session was timelined as two classes per week. Veeramani, Third year EEE student demonstrated the basic programs with a hands on kit, which made the session more lively and helpful, and helped the students to develop their own projects. Kits and projectors made the students to participate along with an overwhelming crowd.

FRESHERS:
This week was definitely a blooming start for the freshers as they were educated on the importance of graphics and they got an excellent idea of how to turn a beautiful picture into a more gorgeous one. It was more than interesting and hope everyone enjoyed with their fullest.
ROTRACT:
This week was great with an event named Catechize. Wondering what is it? Its a game which feeds your brain to the maximum. Oh yeah! The winners were awarded prizes and certificates.

The Iron Pillar of Delhi is famous throughout India. But one thing that most people don’t know about it is that, it is 99 per cent resistant to corrosion. The 7.21 meters tall structure is as much as 1600 years old and still stands completely rust-free. Made from 98 per cent wrought iron, the pillar has been a subject of varied scientific studies from around the world. While a study concluded that critical corrosion-resistance agent called iron hydrogen phosphate hydrate makes the pillar resistant to rusting. The question that remains that how was such a chemically advanced agent manufactured almost 2000 years ago.
