ATM opening:
       The long time tempt of ACGCETIANS comes true. The ceremony of ATM opening in college campus was held successfully on Jan 31 by our beloved principal. This ATM will elude the problem of ACGCETIANS in accordance of wandering money.

Health Checkup:
On behalf of the opening ceremony of the Canara bank atm at the entrance of our fort. The Canara bank has arranged a 'free eye screening camp' with the help of Vasan eye care and also a 'free health check up camp' with the help of Apollo hospitals at the Murugappa hall, Which is very helpful to the staff members and the students of our college.


VLSI webinar :
        On 31st January , a webinar on basics of VLSI designing was carried out at Sangamam hall. Many of the students from the dept of EEE and ECE attended the webinar. This webinar was presented by Maven silicon softech pvt company and coordinated by the volunteers of the ACCET placement cell.



AFROSTARZ chiselling the sports day 2K18:
The General body meeting for sports involving captains of all the games held today(30.01.2018)in the conference hall at Principal room.
General captain pictured the rough sketch of the events and various shortcomes have been discussed and major decisions have been taken.
1.Sports day 2k18 includes all the games for Men and Women
2.New Gym room and new Volley ball court with high facilities are about to construct for students benefit.
Tentative date of Sports meet 2k18 is February 26-28.
Game Schedule is planned and 2 Games per day is expected(one for Men and one for Female).
High-tech lavatory near the athletic ground is ready to open for students on February,3 by our beloved Alumni.

SPORTS:

The schedule for our sports activities are planned perfectly. The energetic bloomers are working very hard to emerge. Our ACGCETIANS are enthusiastically praticising the respective sports to achieve their goals and also to show their strengths.

FRESHER'S ASSOCIATION:

          The first event of  fresher's association for an even semester had been conducted on 30.01.2018. With the presence of fresh buds of ACGCET the event named, DAMUZIG had been organised to analyse the multi-tasking performance of students.   The event went amazing with the help of fresher's volunteers and the students are awaiting to perform the upcoming events.

ROTRACT CLUB OF ACGCET:
          In the marvellous evening on 01.02.2018. the event named, MINUTE TO WIN IT had been organised for ACGCET students to overcome the tackle puzzles by using a simple and essential techniques. The event went on bewildering and meritorius and the students are expected to attend the next event.

Kamala Surayya :

She was born Kamala; 31 March 1934– 31 May 2009 popularly known by her (one-time) name Madhavikutty and Kamala Das, was an Indian English poetess as well as a leading Malayalam author from Kerala, India. Her popularity in Kerala is based chiefly on her short stories and autobiography, while her oeuvre in English, written under the name Kamala Das, is noted for the poems and explicit autobiography. She was also a widely read columnist and wrote on diverse topics including women's issues, child care, politics among others.
