NEW PRINCIPAL
The whole 'ACGCET NEWS TEAM' is super excited to
introduce you, our new highly honourable Principal DR. P. K. PALANI M. E., Ph.D. The Principal took charge on the second week of december. He had been working in
GCT, Coimbatore as an HOD of the Mechanical department for few years. He now
got “The principal of ACGCET ” Post as a Promotion of his untiring work. Our
college staffs and students are looking forward to travel under his new and great
administration.
The Institution Innovation Council of our college had
conducted the first council meeting of IIC 4.0 for the academic year 2021-22 on
25.12.2021 at 3.00 PM through online mode. The occasion was graced by
Balamurugan sir, Ilankumaran sir, Baskaran
sir and Nageswari mam. The activities conducted were IIC3.0 – Activity report
and results, Upgradation to IIC 4.0 and introducing new members, Key role and
Responsibilities of IIC Members, Overview of IIC 4.0 – IIC Activities, Action
plan for Quarter I and Quarter II Activities, Faculty incharge for Quarter – I
and Quarter – II activities and Responsibilities.
SERIES TEST AND MODEL EXAMINATION
The Third internal exams have been conducted for the second year students from 20th December to 22nd December and Second internal exams for first
year students on 29th and 30th December.
The Model exams have been conducted for the third year and
final year students from 17th December to 24th December.
The students have successfully completed their exams.
PRACTICAL EXAMINATION
Practical exams for 3rd year and 4th year have been
conducted from 27/12/2021 to 31/12/2021.
All the students have finished their practicals with
hardwork.

New Meat Alternatives With 3D Printing
Israeli foodtech firm SavorEat on Tuesday launched a
plant-based burger system personalized to each customer, one of the first
companies to use 3D printing technology to cook food. Meat are frozen and later
cooked on a grill.SavorEat’s technology, however, are made on site by a self
contained 3D printer with three cartridges containing oils and other
ingredients. Customers can choose how much fat and protein they want in each
burger, which takes about six minutes to cook.
