MUTHAMIZH MANDRAM MAGAZINE RELEASE
The Muthamizh Mandram Association of our college released their yearly magazine “SANGAMAM” on 27th May, 2022 at Murugappa Hall. In the presence of our beloved principal, the magazine was released with much excitement. The magazine consists of the creative work of students of all years. The magazine is a great platform by which students can reveal their talents. Congratulations to the team for making the magazine release a successful one.
ECE INTER COLLEGE SYMPOSIUM
The National level conference on informatics, electronics and communication was conducted by the department of ECE of K.L.N. college of engineering on 27th of May 2022. Various technical events like paper presentation, mini project, code-a-thon, quiz and many more non-technical events were conducted. Many students from the ECE department of our college participated. Askar M, Satheshkumar M and Dharshan Kumar S from second year won first prize in the quiz competition as a team. Congratulations to the winners and all the participants!!
CAREER LAUNCH – 2022
Our college feels so exuberant to cordially congratulate the placed students of the batch (2018 – 2022) for which CAREER LAUNCH – 2022 was held with collaboration of our college with ACCETOSA on 27th May, 2022 at Murugappa Hall. The chief guest of this grand event was Er. A. Muthunagalingam, Alumnus of 1991-95 batch, Global Marketing Manager, Industrial Products and Services, PETRONAS Lubricants International, Mumbai. Our reverenced principal Dr. P. K. Palani gave the presidential address, and the felicitation of the occasion was given by, Prof. R. Ravikumar and Dr. A. Sivanandharaja and Prof. S. Senthil Kumar. The placed students were given offer letters and were felicitated. Heartfelt congratulations to all placed students, wishes to achieve great things in life.
ECE INDUSTRIAL VISIT
The third-year students from electronics and communication department of our college went for an industrial visit to Ooty on 20th and 21th of May 2022. As a part of this visit, they went to the radio astronomy Centre in Ooty. The Radio Astronomy Centre is a part of the National Centre of Radio Astrophysics of the well-known Tata Institute of Fundamental Research which is funded by the Government of India through the Department of atomic energy. The students were instructed about the working of the parabolic reflector antenna and the projects that the RAC is working on currently. They were also detailed about how the digital data is maintained. The students really enjoyed the trip and shared some amazing memories together.
FINAL YEAR SEMESTER EXAMS
The final year non fast track students of our college had their semester exams on 20th, 23rd and 25th of May, 2022. The semester exam was conducted for all departments. The students wrote their exams at respective exam halls. The students exhibited their knowledge through this semester exam.

YOGA PROGRAM
Considering the fact ‘Sound mind in a sound body’, Professor of EEE Dr. K . Ramadas and Professor Loganathan of chemistry department on behalf of our College gave the people 1st Year ACGCET the instructions and information about yoga and its benefits on 24th May and this took place in Sangamam hall. And they were given live demonstration on 26th May in our college ground. It’s mesmerizing to look at the efforts taken by our college and the faculties for the betterment of us.
WOMEN AWARENESS PROGRAM
The women empowerment cell of our college conducted an awareness program on the “Sexual harassment of women at workplace prevention, prohibition and redressal” on 26th May, 2022 at Murugappa hall from 4pm to 5pm.The resource person of this function was Mr. E. Vinoji, Deputy Superintendent of Police, Karaikudi. Our honorable principal, Dr. P. K. Palani and Dr. B. V. Bhuvaneswari, HOD, department of science and humanities graced this occasion with their presence. The second-year and third-year girl students of our college attended the function. The students were given proper awareness regarding various social evils happening in society. The students were taught proper protective measures against the social evils from this program.
